Pastries, chocolates, ice-creams and a tea room. Patrick and Anne Vichard serve up a selection of pastries, including their iconic Ambassadeur (shortcrust pastry, mirabelle plum compote, almond cream and pistachio). This artisanal outfit has been a fixture in Hayange for the past 25 years, whipping up a full range of chocolates (sculpted pieces and boxes) as well as home-made ice-creams.

Try the House's speciality: iron ore! A praline treat with a delicate crunch, presented in a chocolate basket or wagon in a nod to the valley's iron mining past.

The iron ore creations have been awarded the Moselle Passion label.
